Little Marcus was 3 yrs. old when his life was snuffed out by two monsters. His short life was never a happy one, it seems. He was mentally challenged and had autism. His mental capacity was that of a 12 month to 18 month old. His mother gave him up after he was found wandering in a street of Middletown, almost getting hit by a car, telling the police "he's your problem now." He was severly neglected and ended up in foster care with a young couple in Union Township. The foster mother collapsed at the park, and when she regained consciousness, she told paramedics there were 4 children with her and Marcus was missing. Over 2000 people combed the area for Marcus for 2 days around the clock. Funny, no one saw Marcus with the foster mom, but they did remember seeing the other 3 kids.
Two weeks later the body of Marcus has been found. The monster's that were his foster parents were going to a family reunion in Ky and didn't want to take him.....so they wrapped this little 3 yo boy in a blanket, bound his arms behind his back with packing tape and locked him in a closet and left for the family reunion....for 2 days!!! And this was not the first time they'd done this to Marcus.
Lo and behold, when the foster parents arrived home Marcus was DEAD. They took his body to a heavily wooded area in Brown County where there was a partial chimney from an old house, and they set his little body on fire.
Now his real mother is trying to bask in the pity of the community. She's decided she really loved Marcus and is going to church now. People are so stupid in this community that they have forgotten she was not much better to her son. CPS found him in filth...feces on his mattress, which was his bed, and feces on his carpet....among other things. CPS is footing all expenses for the funeral but his mother has set up a memorial fund at a local bank. Huh??? What is she going to use the money for?? It seems she wants to profit from this little boys death.....what all the attention she's getting now isn't enough???
Marcus is a little angel and in a much better place, that's for sure. But....what is wrong with people?? Why is there any reason to kill a helpless little child? And to leave one alone for 2 days, locked and bound in a closet is pure evil! Evil is alive and well in the world, and yes, monster's really do exist.
